Carebase Service Engineers are trained to service a wide range of equipment including beds, pressure relief mattress, bathing and mobility equipment.
A full equipment asset register is produced and kept on file to ensure customers can see which equipment has been serviced and when. The equipment servicing program is traceable and a Carebase can assist in developing a suitable asset management (see Asset Management) program with any customer.
