Do you provide demonstrations and can they be at a home location?

Yes, we are keen that products meet our customers needs and expectations. We therefore offer demonstrations of products without any pressure or commitment.
These can be in a home environment if this is required.

What is your refund policy?

We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase for all non customised products with a charge only for collection and re-stocking.
We are unfortunately not able to offer this for customised products which have been specifically made for a particular requirement.

Do all your products meet the required regulatory Standards?

Carebase only supplies products that meet the correct Standards for their use. This includes all European and National Standards and any additional Medical Devices advice.

Do you install the product?

Yes, unless a customer specifically requests that we do not install and commission any product with moving or electrical parts and any furniture, Carebase employed and trained Service Engineers will set up, test and train users on the the product and remove packaging.
